Bandanna Day 2023

Friday 1 September

Rangatahi don’t have to face cancer alone.

Around 4,200 rangatahi across Aotearoa are impacted by cancer each year, whether it’s their own diagnosis or cancer in their whānau. CanTeen is a safe space for rangatahi to connect, share the tough stuff, and get a break from cancer when they need it.
This Bandanna Day, there are many ways that you can get involved and support; whether by buying a bandanna, holding a fundraiser, or joining us as a volunteer, your contribution is greatly appreciated.

See the below links to discover more about how to get involved!
Hold a Bandanna Day fundraiser at your school!

Whether you sell bandannas at lunch, bake some goodies or hold a mufti day - whatever you do, we can't wait to see your event come to life!

Join our awesome community of schools and hold a CanTeen Bandanna Day Fundraiser!

Become a volunteer!

On Friday 1 September, we will be out in the community, selling bandannas and collecting donations, and we'd love for you to join us!

Whether you are an individual or group, we want your help! Head out with us on Bandanna Day in an iconic red bib, swinging those donation buckets, and help us fundraise.
