WHAT IS
BANDANNA DAY?
SUPPORT RANGATAHI
IMPACTED BY CANCER
Bandanna Day is Canteen Aotearoa's biggest annual fundraising campaign, held every June to support rangatahi aged 12 to 24 who have been impacted by cancer.
Every June, thousands of people across Aotearoa wear a bandanna, fundraise, donate or get their workplace, school or community involved to help ensure rangatahi can access free support when they need it most.
Funds raised through Bandanna Day help Canteen provide services including counselling, peer events, therapeutic programmes and practical support, giving rangatahi the tools, confidence and connections to navigate life during and after cancer.
Bandanna Day is more than just wearing a bandanna. It's a chance to start conversations, show support, raise awareness and make a real difference for rangatahi impacted by cancer.
